Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zovaire ("Zovaire," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit zovaire.co, join a waitlist, subscribe for updates, or contact us through the website (collectively, the "Site").
1. Scope
This Policy applies to information handled through the Site. It does not cover third-party websites, services, or platforms that have their own privacy policies. The current Site is a pre-launch informational and email-interest site. If Zovaire later accepts orders, preorders, payments, product registrations, or tester applications through the Site, we will update this Policy before or when those practices begin.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Depending on how you use the Site, you may provide:
-
Contact information, such as your email address and, if requested or voluntarily provided, your name.
-
Waitlist, launch-interest, survey, or product-feedback information.
-
The content of messages, questions, or other communications you send to us.
-
Any other information you choose to provide through a form or communication.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, the website host and service providers may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as:
-
Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate location derived from it.
-
Browser type, device type, operating system, language, and similar device information.
-
Pages viewed, links selected, referring page, access dates and times, and general interaction information.
3. How We Use Information

Send launch updates, product news, surveys, invitations, or other communications related to Zovaire.

-
4. Email Communications and Your Choices
If you join the waitlist or request updates, we may send marketing or promotional email about Zovaire. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. We may keep a limited suppression record so we can honor an opt-out request. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending a direct response to a request you made or another non-promotional message permitted by law.
Zovaire will use accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, a working opt-out method, and the other information required for commercial email. Marketing emails must also include Zovaire’s valid physical postal address.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
The Site and its hosting, security, analytics, or email-form providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, log files, or similar technologies. These technologies may help the Site function, protect against abuse, remember settings, understand traffic, and measure performance. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect Site functionality.
Do Not Track and preference signals
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is not a single accepted standard for responding to that signal, the Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where a legally recognized opt-out preference signal applies to our practices, we will process it as required by applicable law. Zovaire does not currently use personal information collected through the Site for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
Third-party collection
Service providers that host, secure, analyze, or support the Site may collect technical information on our behalf. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personal information on the Site for their own targeted advertising as of the effective date. If we add advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or similar tools, we will update this Policy and any required consent or opt-out controls.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
-
Service providers. To vendors that help host, secure, analyze, maintain, or operate the Site, manage forms or email lists, or send requested communications, subject to appropriate contractual or legal restrictions.
-
Legal and safety purposes. When reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; enforce agreements; investigate fraud, security issues, or misuse; or protect the rights, safety, and property of Zovaire, visitors, or others.
-
Business transactions. In connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
-
With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share information or otherwise consent to a disclosure.
As of the effective date, Zovaire does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We also do not sell sensitive personal data or biometric data.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining a requested waitlist relationship, responding to communications, keeping appropriate business and opt-out records, protecting the Site, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, why it was collected, and applicable requirements. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use care when deciding what information to send online.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Site, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, receive a portable copy, or opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, sharing, or profiling. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, use the contact information below and describe the request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision, you may reply to our decision and state that you are appealing it. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.
These statements do not mean that every privacy law applies to Zovaire in every circumstance. We will provide rights and notices required by the laws that apply to our activities.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as the Site, Zovaire’s business, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on the Site with a new effective or "last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by law.
